Help the people you work with take their next step into university
We partner with recruitment agencies and training providers. You introduce adults who want to study, and our Admissions team supports them from their first call to enrolment, free of charge.

What a partnership gives you
Recruitment agencies
- A route forward for candidates who need a degree for the roles they want
- A free, valued service you can offer the people on your books
- A reason to get back in touch with candidates on your database
- Upskilling for your clients’ staff: most courses are taught on two days a week, so people can study while working
Training and qualification centres
- A clear next step for learners finishing Level 2 or 3 courses, such as Access to HE, Functional Skills, ESOL or professional qualifications
- Stronger progression outcomes to show funders and inspectors
- Free talks for your learners on university options for adults, on site or online
- A ready-made toolkit: prospectus, posters and a QR code that links applicants to you
Three steps. We do the heavy lifting.
Agree a simple partnership
A short call to understand your organisation, then a written agreement covering referrals, data sharing and fees.
Refer people or host a talk
Share your link or QR code, refer people with their permission, or book a free talk for your learners or candidates.
We handle the rest
Eligibility checks, course and campus choice, the application, interview preparation and Student Finance. We keep you updated, with each applicant’s consent.
Partner fees are agreed in writing and paid after a student has enrolled and the university has paid us.
Adults ready to study
- Adults who can get Student Finance England. We check this on the first call.
- People who can attend campus in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham, usually two days a week
- People without A-Levels: most courses start with a foundation year
- Nursing applicants with GCSE English and Maths and a Level 3 qualification
Built on our recruitment charter
We never charge students for our support.
We only put forward people who want to study and meet the entry requirements.
Clear information on courses, fees and Student Finance, so people make informed decisions.
Personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR, and we agree how data is shared before any referrals.

Questions from organisations
Does it cost anything?
No. There’s no cost to your organisation or to the people you refer.
How are partner fees paid?
We agree a fee per enrolled student in writing before you refer anyone. It’s paid after the student has enrolled and the university has paid us, which is usually 3 to 4 months after classes start.
What information do you need about each person?
Only what we need to contact them, such as their name, mobile number and email, shared with their permission. We agree how data is shared in writing first.
Can you talk to our learners or candidates?
Yes. We can run a free talk on university options for adults, at your site or online.
Which areas do you cover?
Students study at campuses in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Nottingham. Your organisation can be based anywhere, as long as the people you refer can get to one of these cities.
What if someone isn’t eligible?
We’ll tell them honestly and, where we can, explain other routes, such as an Access to HE Diploma.
Is this the same as your consultant programme?
No. This partnership is for organisations. If you’re an individual who wants to refer people, see our student recruitment consultant role.
