About the Role

​Omega Partners is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing network of Student Recruitment Consultants. This is a commission-based position for people who have access to a strong personal or professional network of prospective students in the UK and can help connect them with higher education opportunities.

​

As a Student Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, referring, and supporting applicants interested in studying at one of our UK university partners. You will work closely with our Admissions Team to ensure each student receives the right guidance from initial enquiry to enrolment.

This role is fully remote and flexible, allowing you to manage your own time and focus on building genuine, long-term relationships with students and communities.

Omega Partners works with a range of UK universities and higher education providers that specialise in foundation degrees and undergraduate programmes accessible to mature learners and career changers. We are dedicated to widening participation in higher education and helping students begin or return to academic study with full support through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and refer prospective students interested in UK university programmes

• Provide accurate information about course options and eligibility

• Coordinate with the Omega Admissions Team to ensure a smooth follow-up process

• Support students in submitting required documents and completing applications

• Receive commission for every referred student who successfully enrols

 

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and networking skills

• A genuine interest in education and student success

• Ability to work independently and meet referral targets

• Existing network of potential applicants within the UK is highly desirable

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or student advising is an advantage but not essential

• Your network should be based in any of the following: Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Newcastle, and London.

 

Commission Structure

This is a commission-based freelance role. Commission is paid for each student who successfully enrols through your referral, once Omega Partners receives payment from the university. Additional performance-based incentives may also be available.
